For help with your SpringTale account or in-game entitlements, email hello@cardiganstudios.com. Include enough information to identify your account and describe the problem. Never send your password or full payment-card details.

If you have a purchase or refund enquiry, contact hello@cardiganstudios.com with your receipt or transaction reference. Purchases made through another platform are also subject to that platform’s refund process.

We may request information reasonably needed to identify the transaction and assess your request. We will communicate the outcome using the contact details you provide.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
